Product Description

The EPS moulding machine operates seamlessly by coating mortar on the surface of EPS foam profiles. This is achieved by the motor driving the chain, which in turn moves the EPS profiles through a mortar-filled molding system. For larger coating widths, a more robust chain drive is essential. The molding adjustments are facilitated by a ball-type screw, offering a time-efficient solution compared to other designs.

The comprehensive coating system comprises a mortar mixer, conveyor, and coating machine, ensuring an all-in-one solution for your needs.

1. The positioning of the panels in the storage tank is precisely controlled by a specialized round screw with lateral rolling technology. This addresses the issue of uneven mortar layer thickness, with adjustments ensuring deviations are kept within 0.5mm.
2. The horizontal mobility of the mortar storage tank panels greatly simplifies panel exchanges, reducing the process to just 3 minutes-a stark contrast to the 30 minutes required by EPS moulding machine from other manufacturers.
3. The incorporation of a position-holding bar and guiding bar ensures that EPS profiles enter the system smoothly and without interruption.
4. The sectional design of the mortar storage tank allows for variability, accommodating different sizes of EPS profiles effortlessly.
5. The sharp gear chain, available in single, double, or wide row designs, guarantees consistent movement and resolves the issue of skidding when handling large EPS profiles.
