Dongshan brand EPS block Machine structure:
- The inner molds are welded by strong rectangular tubes and steel plates treated with electric furnace stress relieving annealing to ensure a high strength frame,for more safety.
- All block mould frames are processed by heat-treatment,to release the welding pressure and avoid deforming. The EPS automatic shape moulding machine can maintain good performance and produce for you for a long time.
- After heat treatment,all mould frames are processed by sand blasting treatment to get rust prevention,so that the under coat and finishing coat are greatly improved for anticorrosion performance. The EPS styrofoam block moulding machine is long life term.

Steam system
- Three ball valves can save 20% steam compared with one big valve.,
- with ISO-standard butterfly valves,which can improve greatly the stability and long life of the thermocol block moulding machine.
- 3 dimension heating penetrating to shorten the heating time and energy saved.
- The stainless steel sheet on the surface of platen is suitable to produce heavy density of blocks and keep long life time of machine.
Control system:
- Adopts PLC (Mitsubishi) and touch screen (S..ch...ne...ider), these make the thermocol block moulding machine easy to operate.
- The thermocol block moulding machine equipped with material level sensor for control filling.Process.Block cooling is controlled by foam pressure sensor,which senses the filling,heating,cooling and opening of the block mould.The whole process is automatic.
- Vertical frame type:Less space occupied,with good drainage performance,reducing moisture content of block.
- The remote control system can watch the whole process timely
