And that provides a high degree of accuracy. The moulding process is in the vacuum environment which ensures the united density. Painting makes the machine be waterproof and antioxidation. Usage of High Density Expanded Polystyrene Sheet Produce (all data from Chinese market): Use expanded polystyrene beads to make EPS blocks. For building& construction insulation, density is about 15-18 kg/m3.
