The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50ºC (maximum does not exceed 80ºC), and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium are not more than 150mg/m³.
The blower can be made into two types: right-handed and left-handed. Looking from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed blower, represented by "right", and if it rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-handed blower, represented by "left". The outlet position of the blower is represented by the outlet angle of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, and 225°. The transmission mode of the blower is type A (No.4~6.3) and type D (No.7.1~16).

A: High-pressure centrifugal fans take into account the characteristics of high-pressure centrifugal fans, and need to be fully considered from aspects such as airflow, pressure, and density. High-pressure fans refer to fans with air pressures of 30kPa~200kPa or compression ratios of e=1.3~3, while centrifugal fans refer to machines that increase air pressure and deliver air in parallel by inputting mechanical energy. When the air pressure reaches 30kPa~200kPa, it is a high-pressure centrifugal fan.
Here's what you need to pay attention to when buying a high-pressure centrifugal fan model:
1. Determine the parameter values of high-pressure centrifugal fans
Air volume, total pressure, efficiency, specific sound pressure level, speed, motor power, etc. are key control parameters. High-pressure centrifugal fan pressure P>3000Pa should be selected according to the physical and chemical properties and uses of the transported gas. When selecting, attention should be paid to the ventilation loss of the pipeline system, the calculation error, and the negative deviation of the specific air volume and air pressure of the centrifugal fan, which is generally 1.05~1.1 and the air pressure is 1.10~1.15. However, it is not advisable to choose a safety factor that is too large, so as to avoid the centrifugal fan being in the inefficient area for a long time.
2. Matching of pipe network resistance characteristics and centrifugal fan characteristics
In order to stabilize the operation of the centrifugal fan, the centrifugal fan should work near its efficiency point, and the working point of the centrifugal fan is located on the right side of the full pressure peak point in the characteristic curve. The fan adopts the design operating efficiency, which is not less than 90% of the fan's high efficiency. When selecting a variable frequency fan, the total pressure loss calculated by the system should be the rated air pressure, but the fan motor power should be an additional 15%~20% on the calculated value.
3. Cost of high-pressure centrifugal fan
When selecting a high-pressure centrifugal fan, first of all, you should choose a product with high efficiency, small equipment specifications, light weight, and a large adjustment range. Not only should you consider the one-time investment problem, but also the long-term economic operation effect. In the process of multiple fans running in parallel or in series, centrifugal fans of the same type should be selected.
4. When selecting a high-pressure centrifugal fan, try to avoid choosing a high-pressure centrifugal fan to work in parallel or in series. When it is unavoidable, high-pressure centrifugal fans of the same model and characteristics should be selected for collaborative work. When using series connection, there should be a certain pipeline connection between the first-stage high-pressure centrifugal fan and the second-stage high-pressure hot air blower.
5. The selected new high-pressure centrifugal fan should pay attention to making full use of the original equipment, suitable for on-site production, installation and safe operation.
6. For high-pressure centrifugal fan systems with noise reduction requirements, high-pressure centrifugal fans with high efficiency and low impeller circumferential speed should be selected first, and then work at high efficiency points. According to the propagation mode of noise and vibration generated by the exhaust system, take corresponding noise reduction and vibration reduction measures.
