Q:why batch pre-expander is more favourable than continious EPS pre expander ?

A: 1) saves raw chemical and steam . because continious pre-expander make too much waste.

    2) can control the production capacity.

    3) batch eps foam machine can foam the beads twice,make lighter density eps panels.
