The fast wire foam cutter is computer controlled machine with working principle based on endless and high speed running of abrasive steel wire to cut the various foam materials.The steel wire revolves in the framework which moves up and down,the table moves horizontally.The cutting wire moves by circular motion.

So,the  fast wire cutter can cut the big foam block into sheets and 2D models.

Q: what foam materials can it cut ?
A: EPS cement,Foamed cement,paper conruggation,PU,PUR,Sponge,moneral wool,rock wool etc.

Q: The cutting wire has any options ?
A: Yes.There is smooth type,Double peak type and single peak type,they are for different materials.You can ask for us if you have any questions.

Q: How many axis are on the cutter?
A: two axis. X and Y.

Q: Will the machine fit into container?
A: Yes.There will be two boxes,they will be overlapped inside container.
