EPS Compaction Machine can effortlessly shred and compact large, lightweight EPS polystyrene foam materials into high-density, small-sized briquettes. Transporting loose foam materials is often prohibitively expensive because polystyrene beads are composed of 95% air. Therefore, compacting them significantly reduces volume, making transport far more economical and efficient.
We offer versatile power systems for our machine; it can operate either with an electric motor or a diesel engine, providing flexibility to meet diverse operational needs.
Foam waste is frequently scattered in small volumes across various locations. With our mobile compactor, which can be mounted on a truck, you can conveniently drive to these places, collect, and compact foam waste on the go.
