Introducing the Screw Extruded EPS compaction machine.
Our state-of-the-art machine can expertly shred and compact large, lightweight EPS polystyrene foam materials into high-density, small-sized briquettes. Due to the expansive nature of polystyrene, which consists of 95% air, transporting loose foam materials is highly inefficient and costly. Therefore, compacting these materials before transport is not only necessary but also economically advantageous.
We offer two versatile power systems for our Screw Extruded EPS compaction machine: it can run on a reliable electric motor or, alternatively, be powered by a robust diesel engine.
Foam waste is ubiquitous and often found in scattered, small volumes. With our mobile compaction solution, you can drive a truck equipped with our compactor to various locations, efficiently collecting and compacting foam waste on the go.
