Our Mortar Coating System  is meticulously designed to apply mortar coatings to EPS foam profiles with precision and efficiency. The motor strategically powers the chain, guiding the EPS profiles through the central molding area filled with mortar. For larger coating widths, a robust chain drive is essential. The molding's position is easily adjustable using a ball-type screw, offering significant time savings compared to other designs.

1. The panels' positioning on the storage tank is expertly controlled by a unique round screw featuring lateral rolling technology, which effectively addresses the issue of uneven mortar layer thickness. This adjustable screw solution ensures a thickness deviation within an impressive 0.5mm.
2. Our mortar storage tank panels can be effortlessly moved horizontally, simplifying panel exchange. This process is remarkably quick, requiring only 3 minutes, compared to the 30 minutes typically needed by similar machines from other manufacturers.
3. The position holding bar, along with the guiding bar, ensures that EPS profiles enter the machine smoothly and consistently.
4. The mortar storage tank's sectional design allows for adaptability to accommodate various sizes of EPS profiles, providing versatile functionality.
5. The innovative sharp gear chain design (available in single row, double row, and wide row types) ensures consistent movement, effectively preventing slippage even when handling large-sized EPS profiles.
