The polystyrene compactor can shred and compact EPS polystyrene foam materials of big size and light weight into briquette of high density and small size.It is expensive to transport loose foam materials.Cause 95% of polystyrene beads are air,so it is nessesary to compact it and transport it.
We see foam waste scattered everywhere with small volume,we can drive a truck with the compactor on truck to go everywhere to collect and compact these foam waste.
The EPS styrofoam compactor is designed to reduce the size of expanded polystyrene foams for easier storage and transportation. The compact ratio is up to 40:1; and hours long operation without overheating.
- Installed a pre-crusher in the hopper which automatically breaks up larger pieces.
- Up to 50:1 compaction. 98% reduction in volume. Achieves a density in the range of 250 - 350 kg/m³, output is 70~150kg/h.
- Variable block sizes depending on machine.
- Saving handling & transport cost and store space.
