Product Description

The EPS moulding machine seamlessly coats mortar onto the surface of EPS foam profiles. The motor actively drives the chain, ensuring the EPS profiles smoothly pass through the mortar-filled mold. For larger coating widths, a more robust chain drive is required. The molding can be finely adjusted using a ball-type screw, offering significant time savings compared to other designs.

The comprehensive EPS moulding machine includes a mortar mixer, conveyor, and coating machine, ensuring seamless operation.

Feature
1. The position of panels on the storage tank is precisely controlled by a special round screw with lateral rolling technology, effectively addressing the issue of uneven mortar layer thickness. Adjust the screw to achieve a thickness deviation within 0.5mm.
2. The panels of the mortar storage tank are horizontally movable, making panel exchange quick and effortless. Our design allows for a swift 3-minute exchange, compared to the 30 minutes required by other machines.
3. The position holding bar and guiding bar ensure smooth entry of the EPS profiles.
4. The sectional design of the mortar storage tank is adaptable, accommodating various EPS profile sizes.
5. Our sharp gear chain design (available in single row, double row, and wide row options) ensures consistent movement, effectively eliminating skid issues when driving larger EPS profiles.
6. Our machines are equipped with high-quality Delixi brand electronics for optimized performance.
7. The EPS profiles can reach maximum dimensions of 630mm*800mm, 630mm*1230mm, 900mm*1230mm, and 1230mm*1300mm. Custom sizes are also available to meet specific requirements.
