Product Description

The CNC foam cutting machine takes multiple hot wires and the hot wires can work with oscillation to cut foam block into 2D foam mouldings which are seen at building exterior walls.
 

Machine Advantage

With hot wire oscillation,the CNC foam cutter can cut more range of materials like EPS,Non flammable EPS,XPS,Propor,wet EPS foam block,graphite EPS foam materials.

It can increase cutting capacity by 1/3 than common CNC cutter.

The CNC machine works with table moves horizontally and hot wire bar moves vertically to get 2D motion.
