Feature
1. Mechanical structure:
a. The equipment is welded with high-strength rectangular tubes and steel plates, with good strength;
b. All templates are heat treated to relieve stress and prevent deformation;
c. After heat treatment, all templates are sandblasted and rust-removed, and anti-rust primer and topcoat greatly improve the stability of the equipment and extend its service life;
d. Three German electrical contacts and external safety valves are used to provide multiple protections for the equipment. The equipment will undergo water pressure testing and steam testing (multiple tests) to ensure that the equipment is stable and reliable.
2. Steam system:
The three-valve steam control system (saving 20% steam compared to single-valve control) and ISO standard wafer-type butterfly valve are used to greatly improve the stability of the equipment and extend its service life.
3. Automatic control:
a. Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen control are used for easy operation.
b. The material level sensor can automatically control the feeding, and the foam pressure sensor can automatically control the cooling degree, so that the equipment can be fully automatically operated from feeding, heating, cooling to plate discharge.
4. Adopt vertical board structure:
It has advantages such as relatively small footprint, good drainage, and low moisture content of the board.

The EPS block machine brings the chain plate a high strength, non-deformation and high resistance to the expansive force from high-density products. Thicker main body is milled by the Longmen miller. And that provides a high degree of accuracy. The moulding process is in the vacuum environment which ensures the united density. Painting makes the machine be waterproof and antioxidation. All of these ensures a longer term service than ordinary machine. For building& construction insulation, density is about 15-18 kg/m3.
