The CNC EPS scoop cutter machine uses pre-shaped rigid hot wire to groove on EPS/XPS foam for various package applications. The rigid hot wire can be bent into different shapes, allowing for diverse cutting shapes. The machine can be custom-made as per your requirements. The table moves along the Y axis while the hot wire moves along the X, Z, and A axes to cut. You can hang 4 pre-shaped hot wires, enabling you to groove 4 pieces of work simultaneously.
