Product Description

The styrofoam moulding machine works by precisely applying a layer of mortar onto the surface of EPS foam profiles. The motor powers the chain system, which transports the EPS profiles through the central molding area filled with mortar. For wider coating needs, a more robust chain drive is essential. The molding can be finely tuned using a ball-type screw, significantly reducing adjustment time compared to other designs.

The comprehensive coating system comprises a mortar mixer, a conveyor, and the coating machine itself.

Feature
1. The positioning of panels in the storage tank is managed by a specialized round screw with lateral rolling technology, effectively addressing issues of uneven mortar thickness. This screw can be adjusted to ensure the thickness deviation remains within 0.5mm.
2. The panels of the mortar storage tank are designed for horizontal movement, facilitating quick and easy panel exchanges. This process takes only 3 minutes, compared to the 30 minutes required by similar machines from other manufacturers.
3. The position holding bar and guiding bar ensure smooth entry of the EPS profiles into the system.
4. The sectional design of the mortar storage tank accommodates various sizes of EPS profiles, providing flexibility and convenience.
5. The sharp gear chain design (available in single row, double row, and wide row types) ensures consistent movement, effectively eliminating skid issues when driving larger EPS profiles.
