The Hot Wire foam Router is used for cutting EPS,XPS,Sponge materials which are to be seen in the application of Advertisements,architectural moldings,lost foam,packages etc.

As the hot wire is rigid and it can be shaped manually into different shapes,so users can get different shapes at one same stroke cutting.The shapes are by the application for what design users need to cut out.

There are axis on the router machine to control the hot wire motion,so it gives more variety to cut different shapes of packages.
There are max 4 pcs of hot wires at the handles,so the machine can cut 4 pcs of products at one time.

We give all software and computer together with the machine,it is full solutions for clients.we also give hot wires.The software for drawing is CAD which is popular in the market.
