The innovative ball-type screw allows for quick and precise adjustments to the molding, significantly reducing setup time compared to traditional designs.

1. The placement of panels on the storage tank is expertly managed by a specialized round screw equipped with lateral rolling technology. This advanced feature effectively addresses and corrects the issue of uneven mortar layer thickness. By simply adjusting the screw, you can achieve a remarkable thickness precision, maintaining deviations within an impressive 0.5mm range.
2. The panels of the mortar storage tank are designed to be horizontally movable, facilitating seamless panel exchanges. This efficient design enables panel swaps in just 3 minutes, a stark contrast to the 30-minute process required by competing machines.
3. The position holding bar and guiding bar are meticulously engineered to ensure the smooth entry of EPS profiles into the system, optimizing the workflow and reducing potential disruptions.
